Many of our products are handmade to order and therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on bespoke or personalised orders. We hope you are really pleased with your purchase. However, should there be an occasion that you are not happy, please get in contact with Hannah at sunshineandshade.uk@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of any returns.

Shipping cost

- UK Shipping £4

- Overseas Shipping £15 (Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs).

Shipping times 

- Non bespoke items are shipped within 2-3 working days of order and are posted 2nd class recorded delivery.

- Bespoke items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of order as each of these items are handmade and are posted 2nd class recorded delivery.

- If you need an item quicker please send us an email and where possible we will send your item to you earlier. However, this may not always be possible.

 

Payment and data storage 

Payment can be made by Paypal or by debit and credit card. Sunshine.and.Shade does not store or share any financial information provided by the customer.
